What We Offer

Tina the Postpartum Doula provides dedicated, compassionate support focused entirely on your "fourth trimester" recovery. We help new families navigate the transition to parenthood with confidence and calm. To best cater to every family’s unique needs and budget, we offer flexible hourly rates and customizable support packages. We are your dedicated partner in ensuring a restful, joyful start for you and your baby.

  • Our role here at Tina the Postpartum Doula is to help you bond with baby, and recover. Giving you support and extra pair of hands so you can shower or nap.

    Our services include, emotional support, breastfeeding support, help with infant care, and taking over light household duties. Want more details on services provided: click here

  • Having the peace of mind that your kids are happy and cared for while you focus on bringing your new baby into the world.

    Tina also provides Antepartum Services. If you are on bed rest or struggling to keep things going during your pregnancy, because each pregnancy is different. Let’s chat!

  • While my primary service area covers the Southside, I do have options for outside of the Southside.

    There is a travel fee starting at $25.00 per shift for anything outside of a 15 mile radius from contracted doula. Fee is based on location.

    **Packages will have a flat travel fee of $200 for 4 week packages & $350 for 6-12 weeks.

  • Postpartum care flat hourly rate of $40 an hour. With a minimum of 2 hours a day. Packages are at a discounted price.

    Non-Refundable Retainer Fee, is due at the time of contract signing to secure due date. By signing and paying the retainer fee, you are securing 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after ESTIMATED due date. Failure to secure spots, can result in unavailability.

A Little Bit of Help: Flexible Daytime Support Package (24 hours)

Welcoming a new baby is an incredible, life-changing experience, but it can also be overwhelming. Our "A Little Bit of Help" package is designed to give your family the flexible, nurturing daytime support you truly deserve as you navigate the transition of new parenthood.

This package offers 24 hours of dedicated postpartum care to be scheduled flexibly within a four-week period, ensuring you get relief, expert guidance, and time to rest when you need it most. It’s the perfect way to have a knowledgeable, compassionate expert by your side without the commitment of daily service.

The Right Start Package

The Gold Standard for Early Postpartum Support

The initial weeks of parenthood are often referred to as your sacred time of bonding and profound change. Our Right Start Package is the comprehensive support system designed to protect this period, offering crucial recovery time and expert guidance exactly when you need it most.

This package perfectly blends intensive nighttime care with focused daytime support, ensuring your family begins its journey rested, confident, and well-nourished.

  • Three overnight stays (10pm-7am)

  • Two home visits (up to 4 hours each) within 2 weeks postpartum

The Golden Package (48 Hours)

Building Confidence, One Day at a Time

The early weeks of postpartum are all about learning your baby's unique language and establishing a rhythm that works for your family. "The Golden Package" is designed to provide expert, personalized guidance and hands-on help during this crucial adjustment period, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and nurtured as you recover and bond.

This package provides a total of 48 hours of flexible, dedicated support to be used at your convenience within the first 4-6 weeks following your little one's arrival. Includes 48 hours of personalized care within the 4-6 week postpartum period.

Helping Hands Package (56 Hours)

Let our "Helping Hands" lift the burden, so you can focus on loving and bonding with your new baby.

The early postpartum weeks are a delicate balance of intense bonding, physical recovery, and the steep learning curve of new parenthood. Our "Helping Hands" Package is designed to provide comprehensive, flexible support, ensuring you never have to choose between rest and getting things done.

This package includes a total of 56 hours of highly personalized care, to be scheduled at your convenience within the crucial 4-6 week postpartum period. We are here to act as your expert guide and practical assistant, helping your family adjust to life with a newborn.

Welcome Home Package (88-112 Hours)

Welcome your baby and your new life with the peace of mind that comes from having dedicated support for two full months.

Bringing a new baby home is a monumental life change that deserves consistent, expert support that lasts far beyond the first few days. The "Welcome Home" Package is our most extensive offering, designed to provide a steady, reliable presence that ensures a smooth and confident adjustment throughout the entire fourth trimester.

This package offers a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks of dedicated care, providing the deepest level of support to promote optimal parental recovery, family bonding, and long-term confidence.

Twilight Package

Your Essential Evening Support for a Calmer Night

The hours between 5 PM and 10 PM are often the most demanding part of the postpartum day. Dinner needs to be made, older children need attention, and exhaustion sets in, just as the baby starts to cluster feed.

The Twilight Package is specifically designed to step into the gap, offering comprehensive, four-hour support shifts that completely manage the evening rush. We handle the domestic tasks and family care, allowing you to focus on feeding your baby and finally having a peaceful transition into night.

What We Do During Your Twilight Shift

This package includes 13 shifts (4 hours each) to be scheduled at your convenience, generally between 5 PM-9 PM or 6 PM-10 PM.

We act as your expert adjustment assistant, ensuring everything is prepped, clean, and calm before you settle in for the night. Your evening support includes:

Meal Prep & Clean Up: Preparing a simple, nourishing dinner for the parents and/or family, followed by the complete kitchen cleanup.

The Night Prep: Getting the house ready for a smooth night—preparing feeding stations, dimming lights, and setting out pump parts or bottles.

Sibling Support: Engaging with and caring for older children while the birthing parent focuses on feeding the baby or taking a much-needed shower.

Restocking & Organization: Fully restocking nursery and feeding stations (diapers, wipes, burp cloths) and folding a load of baby and family laundry.

Peace of Mind: Hands-on emotional support and conversation to process the day, ensuring you feel heard and ready for overnights.

The Postpartum Gentle Landing Overnight Package (92 Hour)

A Supportive Start for Your Family's New Chapter

The first few weeks with your newborn are a beautiful, yet demanding, time of intense adjustment. Our Gentle Landing Overnight Package is designed to provide you with expert, focused support exactly when you need it most—especially during those crucial first nights at home.

We focus on helping your family adjust to new rhythms, offering hands-on overnight care for your baby, and guiding you toward confident, rested parenthood. This structured, 6-week plan ensures a seamless transition, giving you the gift of uninterrupted sleep while knowing your baby is expertly cared for.

  • 2 Hour get to know you with Ari & Tina

  • On - Call starting at 36 weeks

  • 12 hours of Sibling Doula Services (additional hours are billed at $25/hr)

  • 1 - Postpartum Check in (within 48 hours of delivery or home arrival)

  • Light house work to be taken care of while you are away. No messy house on our watch
