Hourly Rates & Fees

Postpartum care flat hourly rate of $40 an hour. With a minimum of 2 hours a day. Packages are at a discounted price.

We support our Military. Ask about our discounts for all military (Veteran, Active Duty, DOD).

Non-Refundable Retainer Fee, is due at the time of contract signing to secure due date. By signing and paying the retainer fee, you are securing 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after ESTIMATED due date. Failure to secure spots, can result in unavailability.

TRAVEL FEE

There is a travel fee starting at $30.00 per shift for anything outside of a 15 mile radius from contracted doula. Fee is based on location.

**Packages will have a flat travel fee of $250 for 4 week packages & $400 for 6-12 weeks.

Welcome Home Package

First Night Overnight + 32 Hours of Postpartum Care

Bring your baby home with total confidence. This package kicks off with a dedicated 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM overnight shift on your very first night home, ensuring you get immediate rest and expert guidance from the moment your feet cross the threshold. Following that initial night, you receive 32 hours of customizable support to be used over the next three weeks—giving you a consistent safety net as your new family finds its rhythm.

The Pinkie Promise

Let our "Helping Hands" lift the burden, so you can focus on loving and bonding with your new baby.

The early postpartum weeks are a delicate balance of intense bonding, physical recovery, and the steep learning curve of new parenthood. Our "Helping Hands" Package is designed to provide comprehensive, flexible support, ensuring you never have to choose between rest and getting things done.

This package includes a total of 56 hours of highly personalized care, to be scheduled at your convenience within the crucial 4-6 week postpartum period. We are here to act as your expert guide and practical assistant, helping your family adjust to life with a newborn.

Twilight Reset

The Twilight Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The shift from afternoon to evening can be the most overwhelming part of the day. This package is designed to bridge that gap and intentionally settle your home for the night. While you focus on connection, I handle the "witching hour" logistics—tidying up, preparing for bedtime, and resetting your space so you can step into a calm, peaceful evening.

Total: $2,184.00

This shift is set up for 4 weeks and 13 visits total.

Sweet Sleep Set up

7:00 PM – 1:00 AM (3 nights a week for 4 weeks)

Maximize your sleep where it counts the most. By taking over the first half of the night, I ensure your baby is beautifully cared for while you get solid, uninterrupted rest during the critical early evening hours. By filling your own cup first, you’ll feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to confidently handle the later morning stretches.

Total: $3,024.00

Helping Hands Package

$80 for a 2-Hour Visit (Pending doula’s availability)

Parenthood doesn't always go according to plan, and some days just feel heavy. Consider this my pinkie promise to be there when you need an extra set of hands the most.

Whether you need a quick break to shower, help catching up on baby laundry, or just an empathetic ear and a supportive presence during a tough week, this flexible drop-in is here to lighten your load.

SIBLING DOULA

Having the peace of mind that your kids are happy and cared for while you focus on bringing your new baby into the world.

Services include:

  • 2 Hour get to know you with Ari & Tina

  • On - Call starting at 38 weeks

  • 12 hours of Sibling Doula Services (additional hours are billed at $25/hr)

  • 1 - Postpartum Check in (within 48 hours of delivery or home arrival)

  • Light house work to be taken care of while you are away. No messy house on our watch
